Overview
The IDT41273H-54FCT273TEB is an octal D flip-flop constructed using advanced dual-metal CMOS technology. It features eight edge-triggered storage elements with individual data inputs and outputs, alongside common buffered clock and master reset inputs. The device provides high drive outputs capable of -15mA source and 48mA sink currents. It ensures true TTL input and output compatibility, maintaining low leakage currents at or below 1µA maximum while operating at standard CMOS power levels.
