The IDT5T9310 is a 2.5V LVDS 1:10 clock buffer from the Terabuffer II family, designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +85°C). It converts user-selectable differential inputs (HSTL, eHSTL, LVEPECL, LVPECL, CML, LVDS) or single-ended LVTTL into ten LVDS outputs. Operating up to 1GHz, it features guaranteed low skew (<25ps max), very low duty cycle distortion (<125ps max), and high-speed propagation delay (<1.75ns max). The device supports hot insertion, over-voltage tolerant inputs, selectable reference inputs via SEL, asynchronous output gating, and a power-down mode.
This component has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The last time buy expired on January 27, 2015. Verification of availability should focus on surplus or secondary market sources rather than direct manufacturer supply.
Select this part for applications requiring a 1:10 fanout from various differential or single-ended logic levels to LVDS outputs at frequencies up to 1GHz. Ensure compatibility with the VFQFPN package and verify that the industrial temperature range meets system requirements.
The IDT5T9310 belongs to the Terabuffer II series of clock buffers manufactured by Integrated Device Technology (IDT), which was later acquired by Renesas Electronics Corporation. It is part of a family of devices offering low skew and jitter performance for high-speed clock distribution.
Due to discontinuation, consider equivalent 1:10 LVDS clock buffers from current manufacturers such as Renesas, Texas Instruments, or Microchip. Verify pin compatibility and electrical specifications when selecting a replacement.
