The AD9020KE is a monolithic 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) capable of operating at word rates of 60 MSPS and above. It utilizes an innovative architecture employing 512 input comparators, which reduces input capacitance to 45 pF and improves linearity compared to traditional flash converters requiring 1024 comparators. The device features TTL-compatible encode and output signals, making it suitable for low-power systems. It supports a bipolar analog input range of ±61.75 V and provides an overflow bit to indicate when analog input signals exceed the +VSENSE threshold.
