Overview

The ATTINY2313V-10SI is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller featuring a 2K byte In-System Programmable Flash memory, 128 bytes EEPROM, and 128 bytes SRAM. It provides 18 programmable I/O lines and operates within a voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 volts. The device supports clock frequencies up to 4 MHz at the minimum voltage and up to 10 MHz between 2.7 and 5.5 volts. It includes two flexible Timer/Counters, a full-duplex USART, Universal Serial Interface (USI), and an on-chip analog comparator.
