The FIN24ACMLX is a 22-bit bi-directional Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) in a 40-terminal Molded Leadless Package. It supports parallel interface operation up to 20MHz with data rates of 26 times the CKREF frequency. The device operates on VDDP from 1.65V to 3.6V and VDDS/VDDA from 2.5V to 2.9V, consuming 100nA in standby and 5mA typically. It features CTL differential signaling for low EMI and high ESD protection exceeding 8kV HBM.
