The device supports a maximum serial bit rate of 3.12Gbps with pixel clock frequencies ranging from 6.25MHz to 104MHz. Audio channels support L-PCM I2S stereo and up to 8 channels of L-PCM in TDM mode, with sample rates from 32kHz to 192kHz and depths up to 32 bits. The embedded control channel operates at 9.6kbps to 1Mbps. Supply voltages are 1.7V to 1.9V for the core and 1.7V to 3.6V for I/O. It is housed in a lead-free 48-pin, 7mm x 7mm TQFN package.
