The Bourns MF-RG300-AP is a radial leaded, self-resetting polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) device from the MF-RG series. It features a holding current of 3.0 A and a trip current of 6.0 A at ambient conditions. The component supports a maximum voltage rating of 30 VDC and can withstand a maximum fault current of 40 A. Its initial resistance is typically 50 mΩ. The unit operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and utilizes a 5.1 mm lead spacing for PCB mounting.
