The TSI572-10GCLV is a fourth-generation Serial RapidIO switch supporting 30 Gbits/s aggregate bandwidth. It complies with the RapidIO Interconnect Specification Revision 1.3 and IEEE 1149.6 AC-JTAG standards. The device features a non-blocking fabric with 110 ns packet cut-through latency and supports configurable port widths (up to eight 1x links or two 4x links) at 1.25, 2.5, and 3.125 Gbaud rates. Packaged in a 399-ball HSBGA (21mm x 21mm), it integrates SerDes and offers low power consumption of 120-200mW per port.
