The Bourns MF-RHT300-AP is a high-temperature PPTC resettable fuse from the MF-RHT series, designed for demanding thermal environments. It features a radial leaded package with a 5.1 mm lead spacing and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. The device maintains a holding current of 3.0 A and trips at 6.0 A, supporting up to 40 A maximum fault current. Rated for 30 VDC, it exhibits a typical resistance of 50 mΩ and operates within a -40°C to +125°C range.
