The Powerex PP300T120 is a POW-R-PAK™ configurable IGBT-based power assembly rated at 300A and 1200V. It integrates F-series trench gate IGBTs with low conduction and switching losses for high efficiency operation. The unit includes a low inductance laminated bus structure, optically isolated gate drive interfaces, isolated gate drive power supplies, and a DC-link capacitor bank of 4950 µF.
