The MAX4538ESE+ is a quad, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch with a common enable pin. It features two normally open and two normally closed switches. The device operates from +2V to +12V single supplies or ±2V to ±6V dual supplies. On-resistance is 200Ω maximum at +4.5V single supply and 100Ω at ±5V dual supplies. Turn-on time is 100ns maximum and turn-off time is 80ns maximum at ±4.5V. Off-leakage current is 1nA at +25°C and 10nA at +85°C. Logic thresholds are 0.8V to 2.4V for TTL/CMOS compatibility.
