The MAX4592ESE+ is a high-speed, precision, quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for +12V or +15V single-supply operation. It features four normally open switches with low leakage of 100pA maximum and fast switching speeds, where turn-on time is ≤80ns and turn-off time is ≤45ns. At +12V supply, it guarantees a maximum on-resistance of 20Ω, channel-to-channel matching of 1Ω, and flatness of 1.75Ω. For +15V operation, the maximum on-resistance is 16Ω, matching is 1.5Ω, and flatness is 1.5Ω. The device includes electrostatic discharge protection exceeding 2000V per Method 3015.7.
