Overview

The IL717B is a four-channel digital isolator from the NVE IsoLoop series, utilizing Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) technology. It provides bidirectional signal isolation with a maximum data rate of 110 Mbps and a common-mode transient immunity of 100 kV/µs. The device operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 3 V to 5.5 V and features a propagation delay of 15 ns. It is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package with a width of 7.50 mm and supports an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
