The MAX3454EETE+T is a USB transceiver compliant with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 specifications, supporting low-speed (1.5Mbps) and full-speed (12Mbps) data rates. It operates with a logic supply voltage (VL) ranging from +1.65V to +3.6V and derives power from VBUS (+3.0V to +5.5V) or an external regulator. It includes ±15kV ESD protection on D+ and D- lines, a logic-selectable suspend mode reducing current to under 40µA, and is housed in a 16-pin Thin QFN package.
