The MAX4538CPE is a quad, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch with a common enable pin. It features two normally open and two normally closed switches. The device operates from +2V to +12V single supply or ±2V to ±6V dual supplies. On-resistance is 200Ω max at +4.5V single supply and 100Ω max at ±5V dual supply. Off-leakage current is 1nA at +25°C and 10nA at +85°C. Logic thresholds are 0.8V to 2.4V for TTL/CMOS compatibility. Turn-on time is 125ns max and turn-off time is 100ns max at +5V single supply. Operating temperature range is 0°C to +70°C.
