Overview

The APECVA3010SYCK is a discontinued bi-color surface-mount LED by Kingbright, featuring red and yellow emitters in a 3216 (3.0mm x 1.0mm) package. It utilizes a common cathode configuration with a semitube lens design. The red element operates at a peak wavelength of 630nm with a forward voltage of 1.95V, while the yellow element peaks at 590nm with a forward voltage of 2.0V. Both elements are tested at 20mA, providing light intensities of 200mcd for red and 180mcd for yellow. The device supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
