The AS1375 is a low-power, positive voltage regulator designed to deliver up to 200mA while consuming only 1µA (typ.) of quiescent current. The device is available in fixed output voltages between 1.2V and 5.0V (programmable in 50mV steps). The input voltage ranges from 2V to 5.5V. Operation with large input to output differential voltages is limited by the maximum power dissipation available from package and environment.
