The IHD660IC1 is a highly integrated dual IGBT driver core based on CONCEPT’s proprietary SCALE-1 technology. It is designed for applications ranging from 25 A to 450 A and 1200 V to 1700 V. The device features an optocoupler (Option C) to transfer secondary-side fault states to the primary side with a typical delay of 20μs, reducing initial creepage distance and maximum operating voltage. It supports half-bridge control of 1700 V / 450 A IGBTs at switching frequencies up to 18.5 kHz.
