Overview

The IL 712-3B is a dual-channel digital isolator from NVE Corp utilizing Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) technology. It provides galvanic isolation with a rating of 2500Vrms and supports data rates up to 110 Mbps. The device features a propagation delay of 15ns maximum, pulse width distortion of 3ns maximum, and typical rise/fall times of 1ns. It operates on a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V and functions within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The component is housed in an 8-DIP package.
