It operates with a single positive supply (+10V to +30V) or split supplies (±4.5V to ±20V). The device offers low on resistance of less than 35Ω, guaranteed channel matching within 2Ω, and flatness under 3Ω. Leakage current remains below 250pA at +25°C and 6nA at +85°C. Switching times are fast, with turn-on under 175ns and turn-off under 145ns. Charge injection is limited to 10pC, and it provides over 2000V ESD protection.
