The DG412EUE+ is a quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch fabricated with a silicon-gate process. It operates from a single +10V to +30V supply or bipolar ±4.5V to ±20V supplies. The device features a maximum on-resistance of 35Ω, an on-resistance match between channels of 3Ω max, and guaranteed on-resistance flatness over the signal range of Δ4Ω max. Switching times are less than 175ns for turn-on and 145ns for turn-off. It provides low charge injection of 10pC max, off-leakage current below 5nA at +85°C, and electrostatic discharge tolerance of 2000V minimum per Method 3015.7.
